In-Store Mac Repairs - How it works…


  • Step 1: Check-in & Initial Assessment

    Bring in your Mac to our store to be evaluated. During this time we will gather information regarding the repair, your contact information and address any concerns you may have moving forward. You do not pay anything at this time and hardware testing is complimentary.
  • Step 2: Temporary Backup

    If requested and when necessary, we will perform a temporary backup of your data if you do not already have one. Depending on the amount of data, this can take several hours.

    Step 3: Diagnostics Testing

    If your Mac starts up we will first run Apple service diagnostics to detect any hidden hardware level issues. In cases of liquid or physical damage, we take apart your Mac first to perform internal inspection and take steps to prevent further damage.

    Step 4: Repair Quote

    One of our friendly Apple certified technicians will contact you with a formal repair quote. At this time you can either decline the repair or proceed. Since some repairs take longer than others, we will provide you with an estimated repair completion date. Common repairs can be completed within 24 hours if we have the part in-stock. Our average turn-a-round time is 2-3 days.

    Step 5: Pickup & Pay

    We only take payment when the repair is complete. In certain cases a special order part deposit may be required. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or cash.
