Has your Mac been misbehaving or taken a turn for the worse? Maybe you spilled coffee in your MacBook Pro or have damaged your display? We step in where your AppleCare warranty leaves off or has already expired. Just because you take your Mac to the Apple Store only to find out that the cost to repair will likely run close to purchasing a new unit. Don't be discouraged, we are not in the business of selling computers and we will never advise a repair that would not make financial sense. Often we can repair physically damaged units, as well as ones that simply do not work anymore, for much less than what the Apple Store may quote you. And using the exact same Apple OEM genuine parts! There is simply no repair too complex for us to handle.

All of our repairs are performed at a very reasonable
Rate and come with new genuine Apple parts which includes our 90 day - 100% labor guarantee & 1 year parts warranty (which is provided from our Apple OEM parts supplier.) We only charge you a $65 to diagnostics to examine your Apple product and that fee is deducted from the total cost of the repair if you choose to have it performed by us.

Apple Diagnostics and Repair Process

MetroMacs Office Take-In Diagnostics & Repair Process

1.) When you bring in your Mac we begin hardware and software diagnostics testing the very same day. This process generally takes 24-48 hours and varies on the complexity of the issue.

2.) You will receive a phone call immediately after we have determined the cause of the issue and what it will take to complete the repair. During this time we will obtain payment authorization.

3.) After you have authorized the repair, we will get started on it. If out-of-stock repair parts are required, we can obtain or receive most within 1 business day.

4.) Once we have completed the repair we always perform final verification testing. If everything checks out as expected, we will call to let you know that the unit is ready for pick-up at our office. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays.


Additional & Important Details

The Apple repair parts we use are new and come with a 1-year factory warranty. If the part we replace is made by a third party manufacturer (which usually falls under hard drives, video cards and RAM) your hardware defect warranty would come directly from the part vendor or manufacturer. Refer to our Labor Guarantee form for more details.

If your Mac is brought in with liquid or physical damage we will make every attempt to repair your unit. Please keep in mind that these types of repairs can take longer to isolate since there is typically more than one damaged component involved.

Please note that there can be times when necessary parts are not immediately available, delayed in transit or when extended troubleshooting is required.
